time tunnel

Went for a bit of sightseeing just south of where I live and happened upon a splendid thing.
At the top of Mie prefecture’s Mt. Gozaisho is a Time Tunnel [this is written in Japanese near the top of the device]. I haven’t gotten to test it yet, but I’m guessing that it will help me cut my airfares considerably this coming holiday season [I am not going to let it's Old World science appearance fool me].
Here is a photograph of me rejoicing at the discovery of such economical transportation…
…and in case you are wondering, it’s actually a time capsule deposited by some kids in the 80’s.
